Customer Service Representative
This role requires a highly skilled and communicative individual who can effectively handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
* Providing product consultation and order processing support to customers;
* Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM/SAP systems;
* Working closely with the field sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth;
* Assisting with project sales, including researching projects, calculating quotations, and supporting implementation efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification;
* Professional experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing company;
* Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and good French language skills; English is a must;
* A high level of service orientation, hands-on mentality, and structured work approach.
