You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, guiding them and their teams through change with empathy, insight, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll help shape culture, nurture talent, and strengthen engagement while supporting succession planning in a dynamic and evolving environment. If you love creating positive impact, empowering others, and helping people and business thrive together, this role is made for you. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with senior leaders to support organizational changes and strengthen leadership capabilities. /li liAct as a supportive coach and mentor, promoting a culture of growth, inclusivity, and associate advocacy. /li liPartner on HR initiatives and programs that align with business priorities while caring for people’s experience. /li liGuide succession planning and talent management, helping individuals grow and thrive. /li liEncourage engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a high‑performing, welcoming culture. /li liListen, analyze trends, and partner with HR colleagues to design solutions that truly make a difference. /li liServe as a collaborative thought partner on global initiatives to help the business evolve strategically. /li liWork across regions to align on shared goals, building connection, trust, and impact. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus. /li li8+ years of experience in HR business partnering or client‑facing HR leadership roles. /li liExperience thriving in fast‑paced, evolving environments. /li liProven track record of coaching, mentoring, and supporting leaders and teams to grow. /li liExperience enabling organizational design and guiding teams through change with confidence and care. /li liCollaborative, influential, and skilled at building strong relationships across levels. /li liAbility to anticipate needs, think strategically, and make thoughtful, data‑informed decisions. /li liIntegrity, transparency, and leading by example with kindness and accountability. /li liAdaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a changing environment. /li liPassion for nurturing inclusive, high‑performing teams and creating meaningful impact for people and business alike. /li /ul pWe are actively looking for talents in three locations: Belgium, Luxembourg, and Romania. /p ul liIf you are based in Belgium: Fluency in English and Dutch is required. Proficiency in French is a strong asset. /li liIf you are based in Luxembourg or Romania: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French is a strong asset and knowledge of Dutch would be considered a unique advantage. /li liLabor Law Expertise: Strong knowledge of local labor law relevant to your location (specifically Belgian labor law and experience with works council for candidates in Belgium; Romanian or Luxembourgish labor law for those in respective locations). /li /ul pNote: We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
