Key Responsibilities
* Lead or contribute to HR projects, including HR digital transformation (HRIS), Talent, Reward, Learning, DE&I
* Collaborate with local HR teams, Japanese counterparts, and cross-functional departments (corporate or sales functions)
* Implement and support local and regional HR policies
* Assist with HR administration and occasional recruitment and onboarding
* Manage and optimize HRIS systems (Cornerstone OnDemand)
* Prepare HR reports and analytics for regional leadership
The position may involve occasional business travel and will evolve based on your performance, initiative, and interests.

Your Profile
* Recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, or International Relations from a recognized European institution
* Fluent in English; French, Dutch or Japanese is a plus
* Strong curiosity, autonomy, and organizational skills
* Respect for processes and quality standards
* Interest in intercultural collaboration, especially with Japan
* Comfortable in a corporate international setting
