Objective of the function
• Ensure a correct and timely pay and benefit process.
• Support the plant management to implement and follow up Hr procedures and policies in a fair and coherent way.
• Establish trustful and respectful employee relations with Sterigenics corporate values in mind.
Responsibilities/Duties
Responsibilities:
Compensation and benefits
• Monthly payroll coordination and follow-up calculation ensuring payroll release in time. The payroll coordination's includes overtime, allowances, social charge and insurance calculation and liaisons with the payroll office ( also monitoring costs of the payroll office)
• Prepare and follow-up gain share (or bonus) figures in collaboration with internal departments
• Follow-up social legislation change, keep local and EMEAA management informed.
Administration
• Ensure correct application of the local work legislation and Sterigenics rules and policies. Support in improving "employee handbook" ensuring compliance with labour law and competitive practices.
• Prepare labour contracts, resignation process and follow-up with lawyers for special cases.
• prepare reporting to HQ ( EAN, Gain-share, HR Ratio's, Headcount)
• Make suggestions for improvement of administrative HR procedures
• Take employee personal files in good order.
• keep close relationship with HR consultant ,social security bureau and related labor legal entity.
Recruitment
• Coordinate the local recruitment process for the management
• Ensure qualitative advertisement, ensure that a correct job description is prepared, liaise with external vendors, perform first resumé selection, ensure qualitative welcome of the candidate and feedback follow-up. Coordinate interview scheduling.
• Prepare on boarding process, ensure correct communication about procedure and policies, coordinate initial training plan with direct supervisor.
Performance and training management
• Coordinate with the management the performance appraisal process; ensure all employees have received feedback, appraisal and objectives in a timely manner. Ensure that corrective action plans are performed when needed.
• Keep track of development and training needs in close coordination with the QA and the management of the plant.
• Help organize and coordinate trainings as needed.
Employee relations
• Smoothen and improve employee relationship, keep close communication with staff, managers.
• Provide correct information to management and people

• Understand business reasons and communicate on business decisions in a fair and respectful way.
Authority:
• The HR Representative reports directly to the gm.
Requirements:
Knowledge/Education and Training:
• BAC + 3 social sciences human sciences, economy
• Fluent in English
Experience:
• First experience in payroll / admin function is an asset
