Position Title: Business Analyst Intern - Digital Transformation Program
Location: Technovation Centre AGC, Gosselies Aéropole, Belgium
Duration: 200 days over 2 years (alternance), starting date to be defined – please specify your alternance programme when registering
Basic understanding of industrial activities, and interest in scientific topics and processes.
As a Business Analyst intern within our Digital Transformation team, you will be immersed in a dynamic R&D environment. You will actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions, thus contributing to the advancements of research projects.
You will be based at our European Technovation Centre where research & development, engineering and IP activities are centralized under one roof. More specifically, you will join our Digital Transformation Program team.
The Digital Transformation Program centralizes and coordinates ATC’s digital initiatives, facilitates their implementation, and enables synergies and best practices across R&D departments.
You will work alongside a wide variety of backgrounds (data, business, engineering, sciences) as well as project managers. You will operate in close contact with the business experts and the IT department to successfully implement new digital solutions.
Responsabilities :
1. Decode Complexity: collaborate with technical experts to understand complex R&D activities, and synthesize users expectations, needs and pain points. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex R&D activities.Emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage expectations from operators/ technicians, engineers, and researchers to management, in the context of the digital transformation adoption.
2. Shape solutions: help define the elaboration of the solutions to be developed by the data engineers of the team. Ability to operate in a project-oriented context and deliver on time.Project management skills.
3. Drive change: contribute to different DX aspects of the Program on top of business analyses, such as user adoption and solution proof of concept, and contribute to a multitude of digital initiatives. Hands-on personality with a “can-do” mentality.Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, acting as a bridge between end users and technical colleagues.

4. Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
5. Interested in a work-linked master's degree in business analyst - digital transformation.
6. Proficient in English and French, capable of communicating effectively with a diverse range of users (technician, researchers, …).
7. Knowledge of data management concepts (databases, data lakes, data warehouses) and Business.
8. Intelligence tools (a plus).
9. Strong interest in digital technologies, with initial experience in digital-related projects.
10. Basic understanding of industrial activities, and interest in scientific topics and processes.
