SUMMARY:


The Clinical Applications Specialist will support revenue growth in EMEA by providing both pre- and post-sales support to clinical accounts. This role will focus on delivering expert guidance and training to end users, enabling them to efficiently validate and optimize their use of Cytek.Northern Light CLC and associated reagents.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support the sales teams by conducting field demonstrations of instruments and reagents, with a focus on clinical cytometry applications, particularly in Leukemia and Lymphoma (L&L).
* Consistently represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
* Deliver post-sales training to ensure successful adoption and optimal use of Cytek technology by end users.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with commercial leadership.
* Participate in congresses and industry meetings to stay informed of the latest developments and to promote the benefits of spectral flow cytometry in the L&L field.
* Exhibit excellent communication and active listening skills while effectively engaging with individuals across all organizational levels and departments, including R&D, Service and Executive Leadership.
* Foster close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Service, Marketing and R&D), as well as distributors, to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.
* Performs additional duties as assigned. All listed tasks and responsibilities are considered essential functions to this position; however, business needs may necessitate reasonable adjustments to accommodate evolving tasks.


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


* Master’s degree or PhD in the field of immunology, preferably with spectral technology experience
* High proficiency in Flow Cytometry. Knowledgeable in all aspects of flow cytometry: i.e. validation, instrument operation, data acquisition and analysis.
* Prior proven Life Science or Biotech industry commercial experience is a plus.
* SAP and Sales Force knowledge preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to quickly gain expertise, manage multiple priorities, adapt to change and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
* Skilled in effectively leading, planning and executing projects, resolving issues and driving continuous process improvement
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
* A highly motivated professional and reliable team member who contributes to a positive, engaging and performance-driven work environment



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


* Individuals should be able to travel on commercial airlines, train, rental car to call upon potential and existing customers.
* Travel required up to 50% of the time internationally (mostly within the EU).
* Individuals should be able to lift 15KG without harm, be able to work in a standing position for an hour at a time.
