As an Event Assistant Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of external events. You will gain practical experience in event planning, marketing campaigns, stakeholder coordination, and performance analysis.
You will work closely with the Event Coordinator and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Support the coordination and implementation of external and internal event projects.
Liaise with vendors, venues, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution.
Co-create and coordinate email campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing communications before, during, and after events.
Assist in managing event logistics, including setup, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Support budget tracking, administrative and purchasing processes related to events.
Help book venues, suppliers, and service providers (e.g., Contribute to post-event reporting, including performance analysis and lead tracking.
Assist in gathering and analyzing data on leads generated from events.
Currently studying Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Willing to travel occasionally to support on-site events if required.
A 3-month hands-on internship within an international company.
Real involvement in event planning and marketing projects.
