System Engineer - The Job
* Lead the development and optimization of the European data center infrastructure.
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, networks) ensuring availability and performance.
* Plan and execute data center migrations in a Windows-based environment.
* Administer Windows Server environments and virtualized infrastructures (VMware).
* Monitor systems, diagnose issues, and implement security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on international IT projects.
System Engineer - The Candidate
* Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and virtualization (VMware).
* Knowledge of network protocols and Cisco equipment; firewall management experience (Palo Alto is a plus).
* Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
* Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
* Fluent English with strong communication skills; international travel possible.
