Role - Program Manager

In the role of Program Manager – Managed Cloud Services, you will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management across large-scale managed infrastructure programs. You will provide horizontal leadership across technology, security, telecommunications, engineering, and operations domains, ensuring seamless integration, predictable delivery, SLA/KPI adherence, and financial control. You will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing, cross-functional team to drive transformation and operational excellence for our clients’ most critical infrastructure environments.

Qualifications
•Years of experience managing large-scale managed IT services, IaaS, or cloud infrastructure programs.
Preferred
•Proven experience in end-to-end program governance across multi-domain, multi-stream delivery models covering technology, security, telecommunications, and operations.
•Strong track record in managing large-scale infrastructure transition and transformation programs with zero business disruption.
•Experience establishing and operating multi-layered governance models including Executive Steering Committees, Program Management Offices, and domain-level operational forums.
•Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional coordination across multiple delivery streams, resolving dependencies, resource conflicts, and scheduling constraints.
•Extensive stakeholder and executive management experience, acting as the single accountable interface for program status, risks, escalations, and delivery commitments.
•Strong financial and commercial governance skills including budget tracking, forecasting, variance management, and consumption-based (As-a-Service) delivery models.
•Experience owning and managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers and proactively mitigating delivery, operational, and scheduling risks.
•Proven ability to govern continuous improvement initiatives including automation, SRE adoption, observability, AIOps, and lifecycle modernization programs.
•Deep understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service integration-based governance frameworks.
•Experience with SLA/KPI-driven service delivery, performance management, and benefits realization tracking.
•Excellent leadership, decision-making, escalation management, and executive-level communication skills.
•PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
Nice to Have
•ITIL v4 Foundation or above certification.
•Certified SIAM Professional or equivalent.
•Experience in telecommunications-specific managed infrastructure environments.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
