Responsabilidades Principais
* Handle leads generated from channels, partnerships, events, and joint initiatives.
* Conduct structured initial outreach.
* Qualify and nurture opportunities to move them forward in the sales funnel.
* Perform recurring and well-documented follow-ups.
* Support the daily execution of the Channels & SDR area.
* Address recurring operational demands from partners.
* Assist with channel activation initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns).
* Act as the operational point of contact between partners and internal teams.
* Maintain the CRM updated with complete and accurate data.
* Properly link leads to partner accounts.
* Track opportunities through to closing or disqualification.
* Support the organization of reports and performance indicators.
* Ensure a consistent service standard.
* Identify bottlenecks and risks in the process.
* Gather feedback and report improvement opportunities to the coordination team.
Requisitos Técnicos
* Previous experience in SDR, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Commercial Support roles.
* Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and sense of prioritization.
* Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
* Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
* Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
* Solid understanding of sales funnel management and lead qualification methodologies.
* Ability to analyze pipeline data and generate basic performance reports.
