Wanted: Instructional Designer with brains, charm, and a knack for turning “Huh?” into “Aha!”
Contract Length - 12 Months+
Day rate - Up to £550
We’re on the hunt for someone who can turn complex stuff into learning gold. You’ll design engaging training, digital, blended, classroom, you name it. Think less “death by PowerPoint,” more “wow, I actually learned something.”
This is a hybrid gig based in Belgium, with two days a week in our Antwerp office. You'll work with clever people, build cool content, and help roll out a major transformation project without losing your mind (or your coffee).
You’ll need a few years of experience in instructional design, a love for learning tech, solid writing skills, and fluent Dutch (C1 or native, please). Bonus points if you know your way around the blue collar world.
