Acting as the bridge between the customer and Colt, you'll manage service performance, drive improvements, and ensure contractual commitments are metso our clients can focus on growing their business.What you will do : As a service contract manager, you'll own the service relationship for key accounts, supporting them from onboarding through to ongoing operations. You'll manage performance, address issues proactively, and be the customer's go to expert on everything service and contract related. Lead onboarding and service reviews for gold platinum customers Build strong relationships across customer teams Monitor performance and produce regular service reports Create and maintain relationship agreements Drive service improvements and resolve escalations Ensure contract complianceSLA, pricing, renewals, and changes Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results and support account growth What we're looking for : 7+ years in service delivery, customer success, or contract management in tech environments Strong communicator with a calm, confident presence under pressure Knowledge of ITIL, contract governance, and financial acumen Experience contributing to RFPs and service related pitches Comfortable in dynamic, international, cross functional teams Fluent in English; French and Flemish excellent presentation and reporting skills Flexible for occasional travel Competencies Chioning Customer Needs Communicating Effectively Interacting with People at Different Levels Serving Customers Building and Supporting Teams Negotiating Agreements Skills Escalation Procedures Proactive Engagement Product/Service Knowledge Service Level Management Service Level Agreements Contract Management What we offer you: Looking to make a mark?
