About the Role Mobile Device Management Integration Engineer
As an MDM Integration Engineer, you play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge mobile device solutions to our customers. You combine technical expertise with customer engagement, helping organizations successfully deploy, manage, and optimize their mobile environments.
Working within our MDM team, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design robust strategies, solve complex challenges, and ensure seamless device integration in demanding environments such as industrial production, logistics, and transport .
After an initial onboarding period, you will take ownership of projects—from solution design and implementation to validation and ongoing support —becoming a trusted technical advisor for our customers.
Responsibilities
You design, present, and implement MDM solutions tailored to customer needs
You lead and coordinate end‑to‑end integration projects
You configure and manage MDM platforms and mobile devices
You validate hardware and software compatibility
You troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a structured approach
You provide post‑deployment support, monitoring, and optimization
You develop documentation, staging procedures, and best practices
You work both in‑house and on‑site at customer production environments
You act as a customer‑facing representative of the company towards the customer, ensuring high service quality

Technical Skills & Experience
Experience with MDM platforms such as SOTI MobiControl or 42Gears SureMDM
Familiarity with rugged mobile devices (e.g., Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Urovo, Panasonic )
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
Broad IT knowledge and hands‑on technical expertise
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience with administrative tools
Basic knowledge of scripting and API integrations
General Qualifications
Fluent in Dutch (B2 level) and English (written & spoken)
Basic knowledge of French is an asset
Passion for technology and continuous learning
Comfortable with self‑study and staying up to date
Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
Service‑minded, proactive, and stress‑resistant
Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills
