Role Purpose As the operational backbone of the REACH Consortium, you will lead administrative excellence and support financial sustainability. You will ensure transparent financial management and seamless communication between the ICA Secretariat and member companies.
Key Responsibilities
Membership & Data Sharing
* Manage the lifecycle of the Consortium Agreement (accessions, withdrawals, legal entity changes).
* Manage the end-to-end process for data access agreements, from inquiry to certificate issuance.
Communication & Digital Management
* Inbox Management: Act as the central filter for external inquiries and route complex requests to technical experts.
* Website & Portal: Maintain the consortium website (WordPress) and manage the internal member document repository.
Financial Support & Reporting
* Reporting: Design and implement improved reporting templates for budget tracking.
* Credit Control: Manage invoicing for membership and data-sharing fees; conduct proactive follow-ups.
* Budgeting & Audit: Reconcile budgets, track POs, and prepare financial files for annual external audits.
General Administration
* Document Control: Act as gatekeeper for consortium-owned data and maintain the central archive of technical studies and regulatory submissions.
* Records & Meetings: Meticulously archive meeting minutes and regulatory correspondence; organize General Assemblies and logistics.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
* Education: Bachelor’s in economics, finance, business (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Communication: Professional, concise English; intermediate knowledge of Dutch or French.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel formulas/pivots, Word versioning, PowerPoint).
* Mindset: A self-starter who proactively automates manual processes and fixes system gaps.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the diplomacy to handle sensitive inquiries with confidentiality.
Our Offer
* Salary: €2,500 – €2,800 gross (x 13.92) + Discretionary Performance Bonus (up to 10% via warrants).
