Job Description


About the role

As a member of the Tenant Representation team, you will deliver tailored consulting services to support our clients in defining and executing their real estate strategies. Your mission is to help them secure the right space in the right location—evaluating risks and opportunities, and guiding them through every step of the transaction process, right up to contract signature.

You will also play a key commercial role by identifying new business opportunities, initiating client contact, and contributing to the growth of our client portfolio.



Key responsibilities:

* Advise clients on the implementation of their real estate strategy, including:
o Location analysis and strategy
o Stay-or-leave decision-making
o Lease renewals, regear negotiations, acquisitions, disposals, and sales
* Develop and deliver bespoke, data-driven proposals that create tangible value
* Provide transactional advice supported by deep market intelligence and research
* Proactively identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business development
* Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

We’re looking for someone who brings:

* A relevant university degree and 5 years of professional experience
* A proven track record in commercial real estate
* A strong combination of the following skills:
o Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
o Project management: Excellent planning and execution capabilities
o Stakeholder management: Skilled in building trust and managing expectations
o Negotiation & conflict resolution: Confident in navigating complex discussions
o Communication: Active listening and clear, persuasive communication
o Business acumen: Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
o Analytical thinking: Able to interpret data and provide actionable insights
o Reporting: Strong writing skills to produce clear, impactful reports
o Sales mindset: Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
