WMS Expert
, you are the key link between the functional and technical aspects of the WMS/WCS implementation process. You play a key role in the successful deployment of advanced logistics systems, ensuring that every step is executed according to the right specifications and standards. You work closely with both technical and operational teams to guarantee a smooth and effective implementation of the systems.

THESE WILL BE YOUR TASKS
* Provide support and coaching to both the Concept Owner in FD WMS and the Implementation Lead during the setup of WMS/WCS environments.
* Prepare technical notes, logistics documents, and test scenarios based on the WMS functional design.
* Analyse technical requirements for the WMS/WCS implementation.
* Coordinate system interfaces (such as ERP, WMS, WES, and WCS) to ensure seamless data integration.
* Visualise processes and workflows using flowchart tools such as Visio.
* Test technical specifications for the systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation phase.
About You
* At least 5–10 years of experience as an IT professional or IT lead within a complex, automated logistics environment (e.g. ERP, WMS, WES, WCS).
* In-depth functional and technical knowledge of WMS software and the operation of WMS/WCS environments.
* Strong database expertise (SQL and other relevant technologies) and experience with IT infrastructures in complex logistics operations.
* Good understanding of the operational aspects of logistics processes.
* Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; French is considered an asset.
* Programming experience is a plus (for example in Python, Java, or other relevant technologies).
