Introduction
We are looking for a Medior Hardware Tester to support one of our partners in the Brussels area. In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary engineering environment, contributing to the validation and reliability of complex electronic systems. Your Responsibilities
As a Medior Hardware Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and robustness of electronic hardware. Your main activities will include:
Hardware Validation & Testing
* Execute functional and electrical tests on hardware boards in line with specifications and validation plans
* Validate board‑level behavior and performance through structured test campaigns
* Perform measurements using professional lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, power analyzers…).
Debugging & Issue Resolution
* Investigate test failures and unexpected behaviors at board level
* Support root‑cause analysis together with hardware design teams
* Contribute to improving design robustness through technical feedback.
Documentation & Reporting
* Document test procedures, results, and findings in a clear and traceable manner
* Produce validation reports and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Collaboration
* Work closely with hardware engineers, validation teams, and project stakeholders
* Participate in technical reviews and follow‑up meetings related to hardware performance.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
* A degree in electronics, electrical engineering, telecom, or equivalent
* Experience in hardware testing, validation, or electronics lab work
* Strong understanding of measurement techniques and electrical debugging
* Hands‑on exposure to lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or power measurement tools
* Ability to interpret measurement results and troubleshoot hardware behaviors
* Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a technical environment.
