About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Consumables / Third Party portfolio. This is a high-impact role that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
* Optimize product portfolio based on life cycle, product demand and new product introduction
* Serve as product champion and expert with internal collaborators, global marketing, sales teams, quality, production and customers.
* Support sales through the creation of product collateral, training materials, and active participation in the sales process, including customer visits.
* Collect and maintain data related to the market, product, capability positioning, and competitors, enabling data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or similar applied science required
* 3+ years’ experience in related customer-facing applications, product management or product development & commercialization roles.
* Results-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
* Demonstrated ability to make precise data-driven decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
* Ability to work independently, be highly organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ideal candidate will have product development experience, analytical testing and an expert in lab consumables
