About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring participants actively engage in discussions and share valuable insights.
* Lead in-person coaching sessions, guiding group dynamics to achieve optimal engagement and collaboration.
* Proactively identify potential leads for future peer coaching groups, utilizing meetups as opportunities for connection-building.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive member success, providing actionable guidance and support throughout their journey.

You are an exceptional leader with a strong background in group facilitation, executive development, or leadership coaching. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to inspire, manage, and develop teams at multiple levels. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with senior executives and entrepreneurs. Additionally, you are highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed while building and growing opportunities for yourself and others.
