Senior Business AnalystWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team supporting digital transformation initiatives within European Institutions in Brussels. In this role, you will contribute to the analysis, definition, and validation of business requirements for large-scale IT systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.You will work closely with business owners, domain experts, project managers, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into structured documentation and support the successful delivery of digital solutions. The role also involves participation in strategic initiatives related to digital credentials, the Once-Only Technical System, and the European Digital Identity Wallet.The ideal candidate is a senior profile (13+ years of experience, including at least 10 years in functional analysis), capable of operating in complex, multicultural environments and handling high-level stakeholder interactions.
