As a member of a cross functional team, you lead RDQ activities required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation, growth and cost optimization projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience. How you will contribute Working independently, you will lead technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will also lead activities designed to generate appropriate process information using modelling and simulation, and pilot plant scale up and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. You will be involved with/lead process design and specifications, process scale-up and commissioning and will ensure the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. This position requires you to manage stakeholders and to influence decisions based on data analysis and interpretation of results; create and maintain accurate consumer centric process specifications; leverage connections to internal and external technical communities, and; create intellectual property that gives Mondelez International a competitive advantage. Productiviteitsprojecten identificeren, initiëren en uitwerken, van het oorspronkelijke idee (afkomstig van diverse afdelingen) tot de succesvolle industriële implementatie en overdracht aan de productieafdeling. Procesinnovaties en -renovaties beheren, inclusief recepten en verpakkingen, geïnitieerd vanuit marktvragen (Business Unit) of inkoopbehoeften. Nieuwe specificaties en/of leveranciers voor grondstoffen en verpakkingen introduceren, de bijbehorende veranderingen gedocumenteerd en gecontroleerd implementeren in productie, en productietesten organiseren, opvolgen en valideren. Nieuwe ideeën genereren ter verbetering van de efficiëntie en concurrentiepositie van de fabriek, en deze ideeën omzetten in concrete projecten. (Investerings)projecten leiden, begeleiden en implementeren conform de IIM projectmethodologie. Oplossingen aandragen voor acute of complexe, aanhoudende technologische problemen op productielijnen, teneinde operationele verliezen te minimaliseren en herhaling in de toekomst te voorkomen. Ervaring Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma in voedingstechnologie, of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau verkregen door ervaring. Je bezit projectmanagementvaardigheden, waaronder het coördineren van multidisciplinaire projectteams en het motiveren van medewerkers. Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gedreven om op basis van data en feiten grondoorzaken te identificeren en deze te verankeren middels procedures en heldere werkprocessen. Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Je bent hands-on ingesteld en beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Relocation Support Available?
