Now, as we scale across Europe and North America, we’re expanding our Marketing team with a results-driven, creative, and strategic Growth Marketing Manager with a builder mentality, not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Role Overview
As our Head of Operations with a dedicated focus on Users, you will own everything that makes SEQUESTO invaluable and delightful to our customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll design and lead a best-in-class User Operations function—owning onboarding, support, user intimacy, adoption programs and the team that brings it all to life. Your mission: turn every new user into a passionate advocate and ensure our platform is seamlessly integrated into their daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
User Onboarding & Activation
* Design & Scale: Build a structured, repeatable onboarding journey that accelerates time-to-value for all user segments.
* Optimize: Continuously refine onboarding materials, playbooks, training sessions and self-help resources.
User Support & Success
* Support Excellence: Develop a responsive, empathetic support organization (ticketing SLA, live chat, in-app guidance).
* Proactive Outreach: Identify at-risk users early; implement outreach programs to prevent churn.
* Feedback Loops: Capture and synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for Product and UX teams.
User Intimacy & Advocacy
* Voice of the Customer: Lead regular user interviews, focus groups and advisory councils to understand needs and pain points.
* Community Building: Launch and grow user communities, online forums, and customer advisory boards.
* Customer Stories: Partner with Marketing to surface case studies and testimonials that showcase real-world impact.
Adoption & Integration
* Embedded Workflows: Work cross-functionally to embed SEQUESTO into customers’ RFP processes via integrations, templates and best practices.
* Usage Analytics: Define, track and report on user-centric metrics (activation rate, feature adoption, health scores).
* Build & Lead: Hire, mentor and grow a high-performing User Operations team, including Onboarding Specialists, Support Engineers.
* Culture: Foster a customer-obsessed mindset, continuous improvement ethos and strong collaborative spirit within your team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with Product to prioritise features and UX enhancements based on user insights.
* Work with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and coordinated account coverage.
* Liaise with Marketing to amplify user advocacy and drive community engagement initiatives.
What You Bring
* Proven Leader: 7+ years in high-growth SaaS or technology companies, with at least 3 years leading user-facing operations, onboarding or support teams.
* Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for users and a track record of building programs that drive adoption, satisfaction and advocacy.
* Data -Driven: Skilled at defining and measuring user operations KPIs and iterating processes based on analytics.
* Team Builder: Experience recruiting, coaching and scaling customer-obsessed teams.
* Hands-On: Comfortable mapping user journeys, drafting playbooks, building dashboards and refining processes yourself.
* Collaborative Influencer: Able to forge strong partnerships across Product, Sales and Marketing without direct authority.
* Education & Languages: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Operations or related field; fluency in English (C2) plus French or Dutch.
* Bonus: Experience with RFP/tender automation platform
