The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to optimize sales and brand presence
2. Regularly monitor sales objectives and performance
3. Design, develop, and deliver training programs for the distribution network
4. Ensure the skill development of sales teams through regular and customized training sessions
5. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
6. Knowledge of Retail
7. Experience with Field Sales or training is a plus
8. Excellent presentation and communication skills
9. Keen attention to detail and a passion for excellence
10. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory
