YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform and oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance and repairs of refrigeration systems (CO₂ & semi plug-in).
2. Act as on-site supervisor, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality and timelines.
3. Manage site activities, including material coordination and documentation.
4. Provide technical support (on-site and remote), including analysis, reporting and documentation.
5. Perform inspections and final acceptance of projects.
6. Ensure smooth handover to customers and service teams.
7. Train partners and technicians and support new product rollouts.
8. Ensure all documentation, approvals and reports are completed correctly.

YOUR PROFILE
9. You hold a qualification as a refrigeration technician / HVAC technician / electrical technician (or similar).
10. You have experience in installation and service of commercial refrigeration systems.
11. Experience in site coordination or supervision is a strong advantage.
12. You speak English fluently and have a very good command of Dutch and/or French.
13. You hold a valid driving licence (B).
14. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented.
15. You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
16. You are willing to travel and work on-call / overtime when needed.
