Our Webstite : www.akkodis.comYour responsibilitiesManagement and coordination of pharmaceutical engineering projects at the Puurs site (on-site presence).Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders: internal teams, business clients, engineering firms, and contractors.Managing tasks and resources with a sense of prioritization & CAPEX budget management (>€5M)Operate confidently in a customer-supplier dynamic, aligning engineering, business, and external partners.Build and integrate high-performing project teams by bringing together internal resources and external engineering offices.Understand and manage the operational impact of shutdowns on business activities.Provide strong leadership in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) performance and compliance.Your profileMaster Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).5 years + of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.Proficiency in English and Dutch.Proven experience in technical project coordination, stakeholder communication, budget & risks management.Ability to navigate industrial environments with multiple stakeholders and regulatory constraints.Strong team-building and leadership skills.Very good awareness of EHS standards and practices.
