About the Role
We are seeking a Medior IT Support Agent (Freelance) to join our client's Digital Service Desk for an 11-month mission in Charleroi, with the potential for renewal. This is a freelance opportunity for a hands-on builder who thrives at the intersection of technology and administration, ensuring seamless IT operations and empowering teams to deliver at their best. What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering first-line support for incidents and user requests, ensuring rapid resolution and user satisfaction
* Installing and configuring IT and multimedia equipment (printers, laptops, desktops, screens, MFPs, plotters, etc.)
* Managing user requests, including creation, modification, and deletion of user IDs (Active Directory)
* Handling equipment moves, removals, and inventory updates across multiple sites
* Maintaining and updating the IT asset inventory, ensuring accuracy and traceability
* Managing and tracking requests through ticketing tools (Easy IT or similar)
* Coordinating with suppliers for issue resolution and service delivery
* Processing and following up on emails from Basic Facilities mailboxes
* Creating and updating procedures and documentation relevant to your function
* Monthly encoding and reporting of Basic Facilities KPIs
* Analyzing monthly billing and tracking discrepancies
* Ensuring business continuity through KIR (Keep IT Running) activities
* Participating actively in workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Supporting users across the Walloon region, with on-site presence in Charleroi at least 3 days per week (additional days as needed)
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an IT Support Agent in a technico-administrative context
* Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to integrate seamlessly into existing teams and foster a collaborative environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* High level of precision, rigor, and attention to detail
* Flexibility and mobility to support users across multiple sites in the Walloon region (driver's license and vehicle preferred)
Technical Skills
* Expertise with Windows Client environments
* Active Directory: user management (creation, modification, deletion)
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
* Experience with IT and multimedia connectivity
* Proven track record in ticket dispatching, request tracking, and inventory management
* Strong experience with Outlook for email and calendar management
* Background in Basic Facilities support services
* Familiarity with ticketing tools (Easy IT or similar)
Language Proficiency
* French: C2 (full professional proficiency)
* English: B2 (intermediate professional proficiency)
Other Requirements
* Freelance contract for an initial 11-month period, with possible extension
* On-site presence in Charleroi at least 3 days per week (remote work possible by arrangement)
* Availability to start as soon as possible
* No on-call duties required
* Knowledge transfer not required
