About the Role
As a Junior Trader (CET timezone), you’ll support the execution of trading strategies across digital asset markets with accuracy and discipline.
You’ll work closely with senior traders at the intersection of trading and technology, helping to run live strategies, monitor performance, and respond to changing market conditions in real time. Your focus is on execution, operations, and learning how strategies behave in practice.
This is a hands-on role from day one.
What You’ll Do
* Monitor live trading systems and support execution, positioning, and risk management in real time
* Maintain visibility over trading operations and help ensure smooth day-to-day performance
* Support configuration of pricing, spreads, and exposure settings on trading systems
* Analyze trading and market data to understand strategy performance and behavior
* Escalate issues and contribute observations on market activity and system performance
* Continuously learn and contribute to improving trading workflows and processes
What We’re Looking For
* Must be able to operate during Central European Time (CET) trading hours
* Basic understanding of trading systems, order books, and exchange mechanics
* Strong interest in financial markets and market structure
* Ability to follow trading logic and understand how strategies behave in production
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in execution and monitoring
* Willingness to learn from mistakes and improve quickly
* Calm and reliable under pressure
