As the ideal candidate, you are a knowledgeable
Operational Support Consultant
with extensive experience in downstream operations and a passion for biomanufacturing. You are comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with various stakeholders.
* You support DSP manufacturing activities, including chromatography, ultrafiltration, diafiltration, nanofiltration, and classical filtration processes.
* You understand issues occurring on the shop floor and assess associated risks.
* You manage and/or draft deviations, CAPA (corrective action plans), change controls, risk assessments, and updates or creation of production documents.
* You collaborate daily with multiple stakeholders including Quality Assurance (QA), QC, automation, maintenance, IT, MSAT, and logistics teams.
* You handle several activities in parallel, often all classified as priorities, and progress autonomously even when not all data is available.
* You work effectively in gowned areas and are present on the shop floor when required.
* You maintain excellent documentation practices and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
What are we looking for?
* You have a minimum of
5 years' experience
in downstream operations or a similar role.
* You possess a solid understanding of
chromatography principles
, ultrafiltration, and large-scale biomanufacturing processes.
* You have
excellent communication
and stakeholder management skills.
* You are detail-oriented with strong
analytical skills
.
* You bring the ability to switch quickly between tasks with an agile mindset.
* You are comfortable working in both production and office settings.
* You are proficient in
French
for communication on the shop floor and
English
for documentation and meetings.
