Overview
We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical company seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support the delivery of patient-focused programmes. This role will play a key part in coordinating services, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and acting as a central point of contact between patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective execution of patient support initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a patient services, healthcare coordination, or pharmaceutical support role
* Strong understanding of patient support programmes and healthcare systems
* Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. GxP, GDPR)
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Hard Skills
* Patient services or programme coordination experience
* Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
* Knowledge xphnsxz of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
* Reporting and data tracking capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
