Job Overview
We are searching for the best talents for the Senior Oncology Medical Science Liaison position, based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. The MSL mission is to discuss our treatments with physicians and other customers through customized interactions, shape behaviors, support informed decision‑making, and bring medical insights into the organization as inputs to medical strategy.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a scientific medical reference for internal and external stakeholders.
* Build relationships with community and academic HCPs focusing on changing medical behavior through the exchange of scientific knowledge.
* Convey the value of attributes related to innovation (efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, QoL) to gain stakeholder endorsement.
* Execute field medical educational events focused on pipeline close to launch and key in‑line products.
* Shape medical practice by changing behaviors within the HCP community during product pre‑launch phases, prepare the healthcare environment, accelerate adoption, and engage PIs and pre‑approval access programs.
* Design and execute the KOL engagement plan according to strategy and validate with MAF and other internal business partners.
* Ensure continued medical education aligned with the KOL engagement plan, follow up on adoption of new knowledge, and identify barriers for medical practice change for innovative products.
* Respond to scientific inquiries of HCPs, investigators, healthcare systems, and public health decision makers, integrating scientific data into real‑life practice to meet audience needs.
* Gather insights from field interactions regarding scientific knowledge, treatment paradigms, competitors, medical needs and opportunities.
* Work collaboratively in daily GFC work and implement medical strategies aligned with the product life cycle.
* Identify potential sites and support site recruitment when needed in alignment with the TA Head/Medical Manager.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field.
* Deep therapeutic area scientific knowledge and skills to interpret scientific data (Oncology preferred).
* Relevant work experience in healthcare or academic research.
* Experience as an MSL is desirable (except for Physician professionals).
* Proficient in English.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Available to travel up to 70% of the time.
* Valid Type‑B driver’s license.
Other Requirements
* Master or Doctoral degree is desirable.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Teamwork, leadership, and influencing skills – able to work effectively in a matrix organization and maintain peer‑to‑peer relationships with leading specialists.
