As a Business Controller within our company, you will play a key role in driving financial and operational performance. You will be responsible for analysis, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to support decision-making. Responsabilities Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans. Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, and propose corrective actions. Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analyses of financial and operational data. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate results and recommendations. Decision Support: Provide financial and strategic support to various departments. Participate in the evaluation of investment projects and profitability analysis. Contribute to the improvement of management control processes and tools. Compliance and Internal Control: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures. Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal control. Required profile Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a Management Controller position, ideally in the financial services sector. Excellent command of computer tools (advanced Excel, ERP, reporting tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team. Rigorous, organized, and sense of responsibility. Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
