Your role as Junior IT Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Junior IT Talent Acquisition Partner, you are constantly on the lookout for the best IT talent. You will use platforms like LinkedIn to source and engage with IT professionals. You’ll guide candidates through the recruitment process and act as an advisor to improve our internal hiring practices. The candidate experience will be your top priority. Building strong relationships with both the tech community and hiring managers is key. By making personal connections and understanding business needs, you ensure high-quality hires that help us make a difference for our clients in Belgium.
Are you the Junior IT Talent Acquisition Partner we are Looking For?
You are a reliable and energetic partner for IT professionals, guiding them through the recruitment journey. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused. You enjoy working independently and thrive on aligning with stakeholders.
What You Bring
* A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
* At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
* A hunter mentality and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Fluency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
