Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Project Management: Manage internal projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for business trips, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
* Catering and Events: Organize catering services and events, ensuring seamless execution.
* Communication: Manage internal communications, providing regular updates and information to relevant stakeholders.
* Ad-Hoc Requests: Respond to ad-hoc requests from colleagues and external visitors, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
* Discretion and confidentiality, with strong interpersonal skills.
