Job Title: Technical Consultant Cardiology Informatics
Overview: Working on the cutting edge of Healthcare IT in a dynamic international organization. As a Technical Consultant – Enterprise Informatics, Benelux, you will deliver advanced Medical Informatics solutions, focusing on Cardiology Informatics. You will have the opportunity to become a recognized expert and make a significant impact by helping customers succeed.
Your role includes:
Implementation services:
* Technical implementation from installation to support, including HL7 integrations with EMRs.
* Supporting sales and project teams with technical solutions and feasibility assessments.
* Developing best practices, documentation, and standards.
* Providing technical support during implementation and customer visits in the Benelux region.
Remote Support:
* Providing technical support to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and escalation management.
* Participating in 24/7 on-call support.
Ideal candidate:
* Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of IT experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of Windows OS, SQL, Active Directory, network protocols; HL7 & DICOM knowledge is advantageous.
* Experience working in production environments with SLAs.
* Understanding of security practices, hospital environments, PACS, EMRs, VMware, HyperV (preferred but not essential).
* Self-motivated, professional, excellent communicator, fluent in Dutch and English, willing to learn French.
