We are seeking a Digital Lead to drive adoption of our digital Customer Service platforms and to elevate our internal sales operations. In this role, you will demonstrate the business value of our platforms to different internal and external stakeholders (IT, internal and external sales and marketing), engage with customers about our and their digital touchpoints, support and improve our solutions. #LI-MD1
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive user adoption, engagement and realization of the business value for our digital engagement platforms, including our Customer Care Platform MyPanels. You provide hands-on support to keep the platforms in good shape.
2. Implement change management within the internal and external sales teams and with our customers to boost user adoption. Next to that, you work on projects for automation of internal sales processes.
3. Follow up on the delivered business value and usage metrics of our platforms, communicate to stakeholders and take appropriate action.
4. Be the go-to person for our customers and internal sales organization on how to make optimal use of our and their digital engagement platforms. You manage, prioritize and implement the backlog of improvement ideas for these platforms and tools.
5. Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance internal sales operations, including automated order entry through EDI and OCR and customer touchpoints.
6. Analyze customer feedback and digital interaction data to identify areas for improvement with the latest digital trends and technologies in mind.
Who are you?
7. Higher degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in internal sales and/or IT projects.
8. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, hands-on, and results-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and a solid background in digital technology. You’re comfortable handling day-to-day support tasks, but also confident in leading change and driving transformation when needed.
9. You are a “one (wo)man marketing agency” promoting your platform in various ways to grow the enthusiasm and usage internally and externally.
10. Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms.
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
