We are looking for a motivated Lab Analyst to join our High Throughput and Preformulation Sciences (HTPS) team. In this role, you will support innovative research activities aimed at understanding the physico-chemical and biopharmaceutical properties of drug substances and drug products. You will work in a dynamic laboratory environment with advanced analytical technologies and automated high-throughput platforms. Support the execution of experiments in the High Throughput and Preformulation Sciences laboratory through sample preparation, analytical measurements, and data collection. nanosuspensions, solid dispersions, solutions) through sample preparation and high-throughput screening. Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new analytical techniques, automated workflows, and biorelevant testing methods within preformulation sciences. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of researchers, both internally and with external partners. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related scientific discipline, with relevant industrial experience. Hands-on laboratory professional with a proactive, can-do attitude, strong analytical thinking, and motivation to grow as a laboratory scientist. Experience with physico-chemical characterization techniques for drug substances and drug products (e.G., UPLC, UV, dissolution testing, solubility studies ). Experience with or interest in high-throughput robotic platforms (e.G., Good written and spoken English skills. An opportunity to work in a cutting-edge pharmaceutical R&D environment.
