As our new IT Project Management Officer, youll be at the heart of it all: driving process and methodology, aligning Project Managers and stakeholders, optimizing delivery, and chioning operational excellence across our most business critical IT initiatives.
Your Mission
As a key member of our Transversal IT Services team, you will:
* Lead the governance and performance of a dynamic project portfolio (~25 projects).
* Act as a center of excellence for project methodology, tools, and reporting.
* Partner closely with Business IT leaders to ensure on time, on budget, on scope delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement, inspire your peers, and lead by exle.
* Mentor and guide a community of Project Managers, boosting delivery capability and cross functional collaboration.
Profiel kandidaat
What You Bring
* A Masters or Bachelor''s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in project/program management within complex IT environments.
* Strong command of project governance frameworks (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
* You speak Dutch or French fluently, and have a professional level of English.
* A sharp analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a hands on, can do attitude.
