We are looking for a Payroll Manager to structure, lead and further develop all payroll activities in Belgium. As a true internal reference, you will play a key role in ensuring process reliability, legal compliance and the continuous improvement of remuneration practices.

Your missions and responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all payroll and benefits management activities for several entities in Belgium.
* Monitor, analyse, implement and communicate legal and regulatory changes impacting remuneration.
* Ensure accurate and timely salary payments in full compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
* Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding all payroll and benefits-related matters.
* Manage, coach and develop your team: build trust, challenge existing practices and drive collective performance.
* Actively contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimising and strengthening HR processes.
* Oversee payroll tools and processes: system configuration, quality controls, management of specific calculations and complex cases.
* Produce and guarantee accurate, reliable and actionable payroll reporting, both for legal purposes and internal management.
The ideal profile
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance or equivalent through experience.
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payroll management within a structured environment.
* Very good command of French and Dutch; knowledge of English is an asset.
* Strong knowledge of Belgian labour and tax legislation.
* In-depth expertise in salary and extra-legal benefits management.
* Process-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand interactions between different HR workflows.
* Analytical, structured and rigorous personality, with strong attention to detail.
* Natural leadership, assertiveness and excellent communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience in team management (minimum 3 years).
