As District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple stores, ensuring consistent execution of commercial strategies, operational standards, and brand values. You will act as a strategic partner to Store Managers, supporting them in achieving strong business results while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support Store Managers to deliver strong sales, profitability, and operational performance.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, driving corrective actions when needed.
* Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, food quality, and customer experience.
* Develop and coach teams to build a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
* Optimize operational processes, staffing, and cost efficiency across the district.
* Collaborate with Head Office teams on promotions, merchandising, and business initiatives.
* Identify local market opportunities to drive growth and customer loyalty.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
* Proven experience in multi-site management within food retail, QSR, hospitality, or FMCG retail.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams at scale.
* Commercially minded with a strong focus on KPIs and results.
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
