What you will work on
TheService Delivery Managerwill manage thedelivery of support and managed servicesto our live utilities customers using our UMAX solution, executing the vision of service deliveryto consistentlyexceed customer expectationsthroughcontinuous improvement,efficiency, and an unwaveringcommitment to excellence.
You are responsible for thecost-effective, timely and quality delivery of support and managed services.
UMAX is the brand name of our software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers. UMAX is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
As our Service DeliveryManager, you…
* develop & maintain astrong professional relationshipwith your assigned customer(s)
* consistently execute & follow up long-term maintenance contracts
* are responsible forSLA achievementand ahigh level of customer satisfaction
* provide input for permanent tracking ofKPI's(financial, quality, schedule and risks/issues), and provide appropriate and frequent report-out(s) to differentstakeholders
* collaborate with a team of Service Delivery Consultants(functional and technical profiles) andother internalteams (e.g., R&D, Finance, Center of Excellence)
* anticipate and/or manageefficiently all significantchangesunder your supervision
* suggest & implementcontinuous improvements on standard processes and toolsto drive operational efficiencies
What you bring
* an experiencedleaderwith aproven track record in Service Delivery Management
* strongbusiness knowledgeonapplied ERP solutions(preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
* affinity with software development, and a keen interest inboth functional and technicalaspects of our solutions, to be ableto effectively challenge and advise customers
* experience withCloud based applications/SaaS based on Microsoft Azure
* knowledge of theUtilitiessectoror similar is a strong advantage
* familiar withproject methodologiessuch as Waterfall (Prince2) and Agile (Scrum, Scaled Agile), and has anITIL certification
* ananalyticalandproactive approach, with aproblem-solvingmentality andstrong customer focus
* commercial flair andexcellent listening and negotiation skills
