As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Field Manager to join our team in Antwerp. This is a junior/medior growth role, where you will work closely with and learn from our Senior Field Manager.

Your role
As a Field Manager, you are the main point of contact for our consultants in the field. You ensure they feel supported throughout their assignments and help maintain strong relationships with our clients.
You will work closely with our Sales Team, Recruitment Team, Contract Management Team and the Senior Field Manager to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project delivery.
Beyond operational follow-up, you will also contribute to building and strengthening our consultant community.
What will you do?
* Manage the onboarding process for new consultants
* Follow up on ongoing assignments through regular check-ins with consultants and clients
* Meet with consultants regularly, both digital and on-site with clients
* Discuss project progress, future opportunities and potential needs
* Support consultants with questions about timesheets, invoicing, absences, benefits and company processes
* Assist in the preparation and follow-up of contracts and contract extensions
* Proactively signal upcoming end-of-assignments to the Sales and Recruitment teams
* Contribute to the successful redeployment of consultants to new projects
* Help organize consultant events and networking moments together with our marketing team to strengthen the Brainbridge community
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who already understands the IT staffing environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both consultants and clients.
Ideally, you have:
* Around 3 years of experience in IT staffing (sales, recruitment or field management)
* A junior to medior profile with strong growth potential
* Excellent people management and coaching skills
* A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
* Affinity with contractual and administrative processes
* The ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
* A stress-resistant and proactive mindset
Languages:
* Fluent Dutch and French
* Good knowledge of English
