Responsibilities
* Assisting in the annual preparation of the budget, 1YP routines, monthly tracking & monitoring reports and others related
* Power BI Dashboards and Anaplan support
* Project management and tool management
* New enhancements and process improvements
* Update documentation/analysis on a frequent basis based on process changes or revisions of calculations.
* Answer all regular, routine and ad-hoc requests received from the business/other contacts
* Execute analysis (including variance analysis) and other investigations
* Identify improvement opportunities for his/her tasks; prepare and implement action plans on how to improve the process
* Ensure compliance with and implementation of AB InBev policies and rules.
* Perform all activities given by the Manager with no or limited supervision
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with targets, business needs and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
* Support and maintain relationships with applicable business teams (within and outside finance) including setting and monitoring SLAs
The primary objective of the position is to provide quality and timely information to the stakeholders, simplifying routines and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance processes and deliverables while ensuring effective communication with the zones and the stakeholders. Must also support the senior management team and corporate in developing and maintaining financial analysis and reports.
