Havas Media Belgium is currently looking for an Omnichannel Planner to strengthen our Consulting department. As an Omnichannel Planner, you play a central role in ensuring seamless campaign delivery for our clients. You act as the operational point of contact, guaranteeing accuracy, coordination, and quality across internal teams and media experts. You support Account Managers and Account Directors in the daily management of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards. Your Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative & Operational Support Serve as the primary contact for operational matters with clients. Manage daily communication regarding updates, approvals, and troubleshooting. Collect and clarify client briefs and ensure correct transmission to internal teams. 2. Campaign Execution Lead project management : oversee timelines, deliverables, and correct campaign activation. Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and share findings with clients. 3. Financial Administration Conduct budget tracking against approved media plans. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing support. Flag discrepancies and collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records. 4. Internal Collaboration Act as a liaison between planners, buyers, traders, analysts, and the Consulting team. Proactively resolve operational issues before they escalate to senior management. 5. Client Relationship Support Maintain high client satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail. Spot upsell opportunities and relay them to the Account Director for strategic follow‑up.
