Responsibilities
Role overview
As Sodastream eCommerce Manager Benelux, you will be the commercial owner of SodaStream’s Pure Play retail partnerships in the region, with full P&L responsibility. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across all commercial levers; account management, annual negotiations, retail media planning, and digital shelf optimization.
You will be at the forefront of SodaStream’s transformation from a sparkling water brand to a full beverage platform, unlocking new growth across online channels and shaping the future of beverage consumption in the Benelux region. Your work will directly contribute to building a more agile, consumer-centric, and digitally driven business.
This role is part of the EU North eCommerce team, offering strong cross-market collaboration and visibility. You will work closely with regional stakeholders in sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to align on commercial priorities and deliver against an ambitious growth agenda.

Key responsibilities:
1. Strategic Ownership: Lead the commercial strategy and execution, including P&L responsibility, annual negotiations, and promotional planning.
2. Retail Media & Digital Shelf: Drive performance through retail media activations and perfect eStore execution across platforms.
3. Omnichannel Integration: Align with marketing, shopper, and digital teams to deliver customer-specific campaigns and activations.
4. Forecasting & Planning: Own forecasting accuracy and ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
5. Customer Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal visibility and conversion across all touchpoints.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Category teams to deliver growth and efficiency.
7. Capability Building: Support the development of eCommerce capabilities across the Benelux commercial teams.
8. Define customer specific strategies ( assortment, promotions, activations)
9. Review and continuously optimize business performance on key KPI’s (Net Revenues, Market Share, Volumes, Profit, ROI).

10. Masters Degree
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Dutch)
12. Solid digital trading experience, understanding the commercial levers that drive performance
13. Being able to partner internally and externally. Experience in managing customer relationships
14. Entrepreneurial: sees trends and opportunities. Thinks outside of existing routes and limitations
15. Strong analytical and influencing skills
16. Experience with platforms and systems ( digital shelf monitoring, Power BI)
17. Knowledge of the eCommerce Market is a required
18. Performance marketing experience is required
