PANECO AG is a start-up founded in 2021, located in Frankfurt area. The company's goal is to establish and expand a pan-European transport network for general cargo and part loads. So far, 24 freight forwarders and local transport networks have joined the network as system partners, covering 30 countries in Europe. PANECO is looking for a Managing Director — start date: immediately or by mutual agreement.
Managing Director (f/m/d)
Your tasks
· Leadership and development of the company based on the strategy
· Central contact for all questions about the system
· Acquisition of further partners and clients for the network
· Strengthen cooperation and collaboration among network partners
· Lead our international partners and the back-office employee
· Identify and resolve operational incidents
· Product development, marketing, sales
· Control of the economic efficiency and compliance with the budget specifications
Your profile
· Your personality is guiding, sociable, versatile and systematic
· Strong entrepreneurial personality
· You have at least 5 years of management experience in the transport and logistics industry in the international truck transport segment
· Multilingual: English and German spoken and written on C2 level, additional languages are an advantage
· Proven experience in building and maintaining international professional networks
· Solid digital competence
· Hands on mentality proactive work approach as well was methodological competence and self-discipline
· Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 5 days per month)
