About the Role
In this versatile sales position, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on customer interaction. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and maintaining existing relationships. Depending on your experience, this could be either a more operational internal sales role or a strategic leadership position in sales.
Your Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your market segment.
* Advise customers on technical solutions or products in the life sciences, biotech, or industrial sectors.
* Prepare, follow up, and negotiate offers.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.
* (Optional) Lead a team of account managers, coach them, and drive performance on KPIs.
Your Profile
* Master's or bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
* Minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience, preferably in a technical or life sciences environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive.
* Affinity with technology or scientific products (or eager to learn).
* Native Dutch or French, fluent in English.
* Willingness to travel if the role requires it (up to 40%).
