What You’ll Do: Develop and scale up cell culture and bioprocessing techniques for cultivated seafood production. Design and execute experiments to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency. Collaborate across R&D, engineering, and operations to integrate new technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth production workflows. Analyze process data to support validation and regulatory documentation. Stay on top of industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. 3 years of hands-on experience in process development: preferably within the bio or food tech space. Solid knowledge of cell culture and bioprocess scale-up techniques. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
