Next to this we produce some leading products for dental technicians.We are currently looking for a:GQM SpecialistPurpose of the jobAs a Project Management and Business Excellence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment of our Project Management Approach linked to our Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment) process. You will assist in managing and controlling key projects, promoting and deploying best practice management frameworks, and facilitating continuous improvement activities to meet our organization's strategic goals. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in process management, project management, risk management and change management methodologies..Main responsibilitiesSupport in the deployment of a Project Management Approach linked to our Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment) process.Assist in the monitoring and coordination of key business projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Conduct process mapping across the organization to identify risks and areas for improvement.Develop performance management reports and dashboards for both projects and operational processes.Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of risk management and business continuity processes.Support the organization in performance and change management by promoting frameworks like the EFQM Model.Support in the development, facilitation, and maintenance of continuous improvement activities including:Supporting Kaizen-Innovation activities through training, coaching, and facilitation.Assisting with internal assessments to identify improvement opportunities (5S, EFQM, and ISO 13485).Coordinating the revision of strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and KPI management.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably graduate in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies. Any project management certification is an advantage.Knowledge and experience in process mapping (Value Stream Mapping, BPMN,..).Knowledge, experience or interest on continuous improvement methodologies e.G. Kaizen, problem solving, Lean Manufacturing, 5S.Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels, customer-oriented, strong organizational skills.Very good command of MS Office 365 applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power App) is a strong advantage.Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
