Mission:
The Personal Assistant works under the supervision of the Chief Country Officer in Brussels. The successful candidate will quickly reach a certain level of autonomy in her/his daily activity whilst performing a reporting adapted to her/his various duties.
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
2. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
3. Organizing events and conferences
4. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
5. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
6. Managing databases and filing systems
7. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
8. Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Profile required
Studies & experience:
9. Students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
10. Previous internship experience would be a plus
Language skills:
11. Fluency in English
12. Fluency in French
13. Dutch would be a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
14. Highly proficient with MS Suite (Outlook calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
15. Knowledge of SAP Concur for trip reservations
16. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
17. Strong organizational and time management skills
18. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
19. Absolute sense of discretion and confidentiality
20. Great team spirit
