We're looking for a Recruiter to join us on our mission
We are seeking a
proactive and enthusiastic
In-House Recruiter to join our People team. The role involves full-cycle recruiting as well as leading strategic HR initiatives to enhance our company's employer brand and culture. As an In-House Recruiter at Teamleader, your responsibilities are:
* Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Collaborate with other teams
while working independently to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
* Work with managers
to understand hiring needs and develop talent acquisition plans, taking ownership of the process.
* Contribute in
recruitment/ HR projects
like employer branding, campus recruitment, employee referral programmes etc.
* Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process, leveraging your own initiative and creativity.
* But more importantly, you
